Fencemaker ("Service", "we", "our") is a geofencing and boundary API platform operated by AlgoLayer Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, network-level access controls on our Hetzner infrastructure, API key scoping and rate limiting, and regular dependency and security audits.
No system is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to security@fencemaker.app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AlgoLayer Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, inaccurate geofencing results, missed webhook events, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Privacy Policy or the processing of your data exceed the lower of: (a) the total fees paid by you to AlgoLayer in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand only).
The Fencemaker dashboard uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics SDKs that share data with third parties. We do not use Google Analytics.
The Service is intended for businesses and developers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete that data promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (to the address on your account) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
