What counts as a PiP check?
Each call to POST /v1/pip or the batch endpoint counts as one check per coordinate tested.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is permanent — no card required, no trial expiry.
Do you charge per tracked device?
No MTU or seat fees. Device limits are capacity caps, not billing units.
Do you support SMS, WhatsApp, or voice alerts?
Yes, on every tier — bring your own provider (Twilio, etc). These aren't metered by Fencemaker; your own provider bills you directly for messages sent.
Can I import a multi-sheet Excel workbook?
Fencemaker reads the first sheet of any uploaded workbook on every tier. Additional sheets in the same file are ignored.
